2025 NASCI Annual Meeting

Submission Deadline: Friday, May 2, 2025 – 5:00 PM Eastern Time
- All abstracts must be submitted through the online abstract submission process.
- Deadline for Submission: Friday, May 2, 2025 at 5:00 pm Eastern Time
- Presenters must be members of NASCI and must register for and attend the NASCI annual meeting.
- The majority of accepted presentations will be in the form of in-person slide presentations at a kiosk during moderated posters sessions.
- Select presentations will be invited for oral podium presentations in the general session of the conference.
- Scientific abstracts from trainees will be considered for the NASCI Young Investigator Awards. If selected, they will be invited for a podium presentation during the Young Investigator Session of the Annual meeting. Winners and prizes will be determined at that time and announced at the annual business meeting. The Young Investigator competition presenters must plan to be present and available at the meeting through the end of the annual business meeting.
- Word Count: The maximum word count is 300 words not including Title and authors.
- Two types of abstracts will be accepted:
Educational (scholarly analysis of a specific topic reported in the literature)
– educational abstracts will consist of 4 submission sections – purpose, major teaching points, content outline, conclusionScientific (hypothesis-driven research with results and discussion)
– scientific abstracts will consist of 5 submission sections – purpose, methods, results, conclusion, clinical significanceAbstract Submission Categories

- Please note that presenting at the NASCI annual course does not disqualify individuals from submitting the same abstract for consideration at RSNA.
